If I were a cyberstar, Id use my power & Audience to spread awareness for animals. Animal abuse & cruelty is common among the world.This doesnt just have to be physically malnourished animals, or hitting them. Its as obvious as the meat industries world wide, who raise animals, just to have them killed for the benefit of humans. Though eating meat isn't usually seen as that, Its what really goes on behind closed doors. Something that Is harshly commonly used In social media, Is using social media as an outlet to post disgusting videos of animals being beaten. Ive seen numerous posts randomly On my feed, of viral videos relating people killing or torturing animals.These are clear evidence to press charges against the individuals, and seek help for the animals in need. There are also videos posted on youtube to expose the meat industries, animal agriculture, and even zoos or amusement parks.

Social media is a great way to communicate with people worldwide, and people pay attention. People are on their phones daily, and Who wouldnt want to look more into the safety of animals?As a cyberstar, I would start a page on facebook, and instagram with links to raise money for them.I would also put up information about each pet so individuals can see the characteristic of each one. Not only can we be animal cruelty free, But we can even benefit the earth by being plant based & Vegan. This way, you are not hurting anything, and you can even be healthier. There are substitutes for meat, fish, and cheese. Perfect if you are lactose intolerant as well.
You can save the earth and animals by starting this diet. A process takes time, but you can change the lives of many animals by doing so. I hope that as a cyberstar, Id be able to change the minds of many people to see industries for their true colors.To see the cruelty humans can spread, and the drastic changes we can make.

5.1.5 practice- A story in sounds

It was a week before Christmas, A chilly December night with blazing winds & Families roaming the streets of the most important neighborhood. Cars Lined up to see a variety of Christmas themed houses , On Christmas tree lane. Every year, The whole neighborhood participates in decorating the streets with joy and celebration for families to come and see.One house can be decorated with Santa sitting on a chair, waving Hi with bright red & white lights surrounding him, meanwhile another can be Mickey mouse and Minney kissing under a mistletoe.I was feeling the breeze hit the tip of my nose, Making it turn a darker shade of pink each time.Shaking, I was holding hot chocolate in my hands while hearing christmas music blast from a car passing by.It was so cold that each time I blew, smoke would arise back up into the air.Kids were running down the sidewalk, carrying their Jingle bells a girl had been passing down earlier a few houses down from the one I was  getting hot chocolate at.Giggles and Moms shouting "Now stand here, Oh next to her! To him! Smiiilee" were squeaking at each corner.Every year- Merry christmas


The audience for this story would be anyone interested into getting into the christmas spirit. This would be a small entry of a short christmas story. There is no specific targeted audience. Reading this would give us a hint of what our holidays should really look like, and How we should be cherishing every moment of it.I added some sounds Into the description of things,Just to give a better image of what it would sound like on a night like this.

To create this audio experience, I would use mulitple overlapping sound recordings of christmas music, jingle bells ,and people chatting.The people chatting would be more of the ambient sound to the story, as well as people walking around.I can find audio clips like this In christmas movies, Like the grinch, Polar express, and Love actually.Animated films require realistic sounds, therefor use REAL techniques to create the sounds.

     ➽Monica Kea: A hero without a cape

        

    Monica Kea is A person whom I've had great experiences with.She is a person who is reliable,caring, and A great role model for those who don't have anyone to look up to.Shes been a hero to me, and to many people ive known.I met her in September of 2016 At Grace M. Davis high school.This is located in Modesto California.She is a student specialist there.She caught me at the worst point in my life, and though I wasnt open to seek help for myself,She made me realize seeking help is what I needed.

Theres a difference between meeting a stranger and them leaving a print in your life, than Meeting a stranger only to make you want to continue LIVING that life.Not only did she leave a print in my life, she made a whole direction of footsteps to get myself in the spot I needed to be in.I had Meeting sessions with monica about twice every two weeks on my school campus.We laughed and connected on a Level I couldnt experience at home. She made me realize That there are people who enjoy me, who enjoy my company, and That I wasnt as bad as people made me out to be.My home life was extremely negative,School was my second home and Monica was the "Parent" of that home.

My confidence level & My social skills rocketed due to me opening up to her.She was never judgmental, and though she is not my blood, I consider her as a family relative.After multiple sessions with her, I had realized my anxiety slowly shed away. I was able to speak to my teachers, and communicate with students around me who had also seemed stuck in their lives. Through time, Those kids I had communicated with began to see her as well. I was excited that many people were beginning to see the positive energy she could spread among students.Her name was well known in school after this. 

What people fail to realize is what type of people really care for their work.Ive had past councilors Like her, and Ive never met someone who was as committed into helping a student as she was.Being good at your job is to love your job, to put real effort into it rather than just seeing the money going past you.From what Ive known, she has never let A student leave upset from her office. She'd probably even make you your favorite tea and give you chips to calm down.Little things and paying attention can change many kids' lives. Listening and working with someone is what makes a person realize they are able to communicate and trust others.

If I could give Monica kea an award, I would.In fact, I think the community of Davis should. What an outstanding woman she is to be able to bring color into the lives of many kids who have never seen any.
